Important Notes: 16% Tax and $100 Condo Cleaning Fee is required for each stay.
A $150 deposit is required to book your reservation, and will be applied to your rental fee which
must be paid in full 7 days prior to check in.
Cancellation of your trip within 14 days of your reserved dates will result in the loss of the deposit.
The Seaside Board has mandated a $50 parking fee.
Parking pass for your stay is available in the management office or from security
located on the ground floor of the tennis villas.
*Weekly stay (Saturday to Saturday) required for June and July. Terms subject to change.
